My story...
Rachel Rice, RN BSN- CEO & Founder
of Access Training Solutions
My nursing journey began nearly ten years ago as a labor and delivery nurse, where I spent nine years at the bedside. I transitioned into teaching at a small Health & Human Service agency that provides housing for various participants funded by DDS and DMH. As I began to teach MAP training more regularly, I discovered how I could leverage my creative skills in adult education, and I became inspired by the challenges of teaching and the joy of seeing students learn. After over six years of teaching MAP training, CPR, and other compliance courses, I realized my dream by founding Access Training Solutions, LLC, allowing me to extend my services to Health and Human Service Agencies across Massachusetts and beyond. Through my work I recognized the need for training services in agencies that cannot afford full-time nurses, and our mission is to fill those gaps and create a "one-stop shop" for all training needs. We provide skilled nurses and healthcare professionals to teach all of our trainings with a focus on accessibility, realizing that adult learners come from all walks of life. Educating is about connection to the learner by creating investment in what they are learning. Our goal is provide solutions tailored to your agency to ensure compliance with state regulations.
